Photo by Gabriel Dillard<\/p>\n<p>Hundreds attended the grand opening of Bulle on Sunday evening as Fresno\u2019s newest fine-dining restaurant officially launched.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/bullefresno\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Bulle \u2014 French for \u201cbubble\u201d<\/a> \u2014 is the passion project of Tom and Davita Miller, who own and operate three Press Box Sports Grill locations. The c<a href=\"https:\/\/thebusinessjournal.com\/fresno-couple-brings-california-modern-cuisine-to-the-table-with-bulle\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">oncept for Bulle was inspired by the Millers\u2019 dining tour of the finest restaurants in Europe.<\/a>\u00a0 The restaurant serves California modern cuisine prepared using European culinary techniques.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to running four restaurants, the married couple have a combined total of 41 years of experience in the real estate industry.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-99778\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/tom-davita-miller.png\" alt=\"couple toasting with wine glasses\" width=\"600\" height=\"510\"  \/>Tom and Davita Miller were inspired by their travels in Europe to create Bulle. Bulle photo<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Bulle\u2019s seasonal menus were designed by Chef Max McCarthy, who worked for Le Jardini\u00e8re in Miami when the French eatery earned its Michelin star in 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Local leaders attending the opening event, or sharing posts on social media, include Fresno City Attorney Andrew Janz, Fresno City Councilmember Nelson Esparza and Assemblymember David Tangipa.<\/p>\n<p>Guests filled the bar area and sampled hand-passed hors d\u2019oeuvres throughout the evening.
