According to the Oakland Police Department, the shooting occurred shortly after 2:45 a.m. in the 1400 block of Harrison Street.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Officers responded to the area on a report of a shooting.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">At the scene, officers located the victim, a San Leandro man, suffering from a gunshot wound.
