ChaHalo is a chain from Xi\u2019an, China, serving teas made from freshly steeped tea leaves (versus powder mixes). One of its signature drinks is the osmanthus oolong milk tea. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chahalo.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">ChaHalo<\/a>, 2041 University Ave., Berkeley<\/p>\n<p>Glom Thai<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A new Thai spot has opened in Berkeley. Glom Thai recently <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DYyhrW2yAZ0\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">soft opened<\/a> with <a href=\"https:\/\/static1.squarespace.com\/static\/69f6c6554c0f6571ef21a4a1\/t\/6a12b6abbb16106b0ba558f3\/1779611307418\/01+Menu.pdf\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">a menu <\/a>of small plates, charcoal grilled dishes, whole fish, vegetarian dishes, and curries. Gurkha has other locations in the Bay Area, including in Hayward, San Jose, and San Ramon. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegurkhaskitchen.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Gurkha Kitchen Express<\/a>, 2493 Telegraph Ave., Berkeley<\/p>\n<p>Hopkins Cafe<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hopkins Cafe is now open, in the former Espresso Roma space in North Berkeley.
