One of the victims succumbed to his gunshot injuries at the hospital, according to the San Jose Police Department. The shooter fled before officers arrived on scene.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">No arrests have been announced in the case as of Tuesday morning.
