The property is within walking distance to several Old Town Clovis businesses.<\/p>\n<p>Kim said the listing first hit the market at $799,000 before multiple full-price offers led the seller to raise the asking price to $849,900.<\/p>\n<p>The winning buyer was a local investor who already owns rental properties in the area.
