A man was arrested on suspicion of murder after a fatal stabbing Wednesday morning in North Sacramento, according to authorities.<\/p>\n
The Sacramento County Coroner\u2019s Office identified William Thomas Costanzo, 26, of Sacramento, as the man killed.<\/p>\n
Officers responded just before 11 a.m. to reports of a stabbing in the 900 block of Del Paso Boulevard, Sacramento Police Department spokesperson Officer Anthony Gamble said.<\/p>\n
Responding officers found a man suffering from at least one stab wound. The victim was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.<\/p>\n
On Thursday, authorities said James Dougherty, 46, of Citrus Heights was arrested on suspicion of murder. He is being held without bail in the Sacramento Main Jail and is expected to be arraigned Friday in Sacramento Superior Court.<\/p>\n
