Krueger wrote for the California Superior Court, Sacramento County, in a Monday <a href=\"https:\/\/aboutbtax.com\/blYf\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">tentative ruling<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>California and Colorado\u2019s 2024 firearms taxes have <a data-terminal-id=\"T9IOGEKIJHA7\" href=\"https:\/\/news.bloombergtax.com\/daily-tax-report-state\/guns-and-ammo-excise-taxes-getting-attention-in-five-states\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">established a model<\/a> that other states are considering adopting.
