\u201cNo community wants to house someone like this,\u201d resident Mish Barbara-Way told KGET.<\/a> \u201cThat\u2019s the bottom line. No community wants to have someone like this. That\u2019s the unfortunate reality.<\/p>\n \u201cBut we just have to protect us right now. And I wish that he could stay behind bars or be somewhere else. But unfortunately, that\u2019s not the way it\u2019s happening.\u201d<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\t\t\tSign up for the California Morning Report newsletter\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCalifornia’s top news, sports and entertainment delivered to your inbox every day.\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\t\tThanks for signing up!\n\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n Another resident of Hart Flat is concerned that their young son will be exposed to the child predator, who was convicted of child molestation in 1981 and 1991.<\/p>\n \u201cOur pool faces his windows, so he wouldn\u2019t even have to leave his house to be able to see directly my children playing, you know, their friends swimming in the pool, them in the pool as outside,\u201d resident Leslie Martin said.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s just way too close for comfort. And I don\u2019t think anyone would want that in their backyard, to be honest.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cAnd an almost three-year-old son. His birthday would be two days after the hearing.
