A woman was killed Thursday night, June 4, 2026, following a head-on, fatal crash with a semi-truck on State Route 99W in Red Bluff, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP).<\/p>\n
Crash Occurred Near Riverside Avenue<\/p>\n
CHP officials said the collision happened around 5:45 p.m. on SR-99W north of Riverside Avenue. Investigators reported that the woman was driving a 2003 Toyota SUV southbound when she turned into oncoming traffic and entered the path of a northbound 2026 Freightliner semi-truck.<\/p>\n
