Two icons of reggae will share the Pacific Amphitheatre stage to perform their Grammy Award-winning hits. Buju Banton took the world by storm when he entered the scene with roaring success. His songs \u201cChampion\u201d and \u201cUntold Stories\u201d earned him critical acclaim and a dedicated fan base. Hershey Felder earned acclaim for his portrayals of music geniuses on stage such as Beethoven and Tchaikovsky, but for this performance, he will appear as himself to tell his own life story. The live production will cover Felder\u2019s childhood in Montreal as the child of Hungarian and Polish immigrants all the way through to his life as a professional stage performer. Bring your own chairs and blankets to enjoy a movie under the stars with food trucks, beer, and wine. The OC Parks summer tradition is a perfect event for the whole family. SUMMER SOUNDS CONCERT SERIES
Every summer, the Julianne and George Argyros Plaza becomes home to an all-ages concert series featuring Southern Californian artists. Each show will include food trucks and outdoor games. As the sun sets, the performances begin. The June 12 show will be \u201cLet Love Lead\u2013A Celebration of Black Music\u201d presented by Electric Root. On June 19, the Afro-diasporic band Extra Ancestral will perform.
