(FOX26) \u2014 Fire crews battled a fire at an apartment complex near Blackstone and Belmont Avenues on Thursday afternoon.<\/p>\n<p>The call came in around 1:30 p.m. for a structure fire in the 400 block of N Calaveras.<\/p>\n<p>[RELATED]<a href=\"https:\/\/kmph.com\/news\/local\/paso-robles-fire-and-cal-fire-crews-stop-vegetation-blaze-near-salinas\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"> Paso Robles Fire and CAL FIRE crews stop vegetation blaze near Salinas<\/a><\/p>\n<p>When crews arrived, they found a detached garage on fire. <\/p>\n<p>The fire threatened a neighboring home and an apartment, as well as some trees, but firefighters kept it from spreading.<\/p>\n<p>Two cars were damaged by the fire. <\/p>\n<p>Firefighters had to deal with downed power lines, but PG&amp;E arrived and shut off the electricity.<\/p>\n<p>No injuries were reported.<\/p>\n<p>Comment with Bubbles<\/p>\n<p>BE THE FIRST TO COMMENT<\/p>\n<p>The cause of the fire is under investigation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"FRESNO, Calif.
