MIKE TESELLE SHOWS US WHEN AND WHERE YOU CAN BOTH LEARN TO DANCE AND WATCH THE BEST PERFORM. LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO GET YOUR GROOVE ON THIS WEEKEND? WELL COME HERE. THE STAGE IS SET. WE ARE IN THE BALLROOM OF THE DOUBLETREE HOTEL HERE IN SACRAMENTO FOR THE FIFTH ANNUAL CALIFORNIA DANCE FESTIVAL. AN ENTIRE WEEKEND. FRIDAY. SATURDAY. SUNDAY OF DANCE INSTRUCTION CLASSES FROM BEGINNER TO ADVANCED, BEING TAUGHT BY SOME OF THE WORLD\u2019S BEST DANCERS. AND EVERY NIGHT THERE\u2019S A SHOW FOR YOU TO ENJOY. AGAIN. YOU ARE INVITED. AND THE COOLEST THING ABOUT THIS WAS HOW IT STARTED. IT STARTED WITH ONE SINGLE EMOTION REVOLVING AROUND THIS GUY. LARRY. TONY. I\u2019LL LET HIM EXPLAIN. I COULDN\u2019T SIT AT HOME ALL DAY DOING NOTHING. AND SO I JUST STARTED TO INVITE ALL MY FRIENDS. I SENT 10,000 TEXT MESSAGES A TO COME AND DANCE. AND THEY BECAME THIS. AND THAT WAS TO COME DANCE ALONG THE RIVER, RIGHT? YEAH. THE OLD SACRAMENTO RIVERFRONT EVERY SUNDAY. SO WHEN YOU FIRST INVITED PEOPLE, HOW MANY PEOPLE SHOWED UP? SIX. BUT THEN ABOUT 230. NOTHING LIKE 2000 THAT COME FOR THE FESTIVAL EVERY SINGLE YEAR. AND SO ALL OF THIS WAS BECAUSE OF THAT SADNESS IN COVID. SO THE BIG QUESTION IS, DO YOU FEEL HAPPY NOW? I\u2019M SO HAPPY.
