{"id":368296,"date":"2026-06-20T12:32:54","date_gmt":"2026-06-20T12:32:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/368296\/"},"modified":"2026-06-20T12:32:54","modified_gmt":"2026-06-20T12:32:54","slug":"redding-chico-eureka-58","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/368296\/","title":{"rendered":"Redding Chico Eureka"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>DEL NORTE, Calif. \u2014 The Office of Spill Prevention and Response (OSPR)  are continuing cleanup along the Smith River east of Crescent City after an <a href=\"https:\/\/krcrtv.com\/north-coast-news\/eureka-local-news\/us-199-semi-rollover-hot-asphalt-spill-gasquet-del-norte-county\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">overturned truck carrying asphalt binder impacted the waterway.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The crash occurred June 11, 2026, on Highway 199, near Mile Post 27, and involved only the tanker truck.
