Last Friday, the prosecution dismissed two other counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct Dodoro had faced.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyautosizes lazyload\" alt=\"mugshot\" width=\"203\" height=\"253\" data- src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/TOP-L-troycsc1018-01.jpg\" data-attachment-id=\"1421428\" \/>Brian Dodoro booking photo<\/p>\n<p>Dodoro, 50, had been accused of sexually assaulting a young family member several years ago, but his accuser didn\u2019t come forward until last year. The Troy Police Department said it then launched a thorough investigation that ultimately led to the charges.<\/p>\n<p>The City of Troy put Dodoro on administrative leave after he was charged.
