Google<\/p>\n<p>Police said the woman was walking north on Soto Road when she passed a man heading the opposite direction.<\/p>\n<p>Without warning, the suspect allegedly grabbed her and dragged her roughly 15 to 20 feet.<\/p>\n<p>The victim screamed and fought back as she struggled to break free.<\/p>\n<p>Two bystanders sprang into action, forcing the suspect to let go and flee the scene before he could carry out the alleged abduction, according to Hayward police.<\/p>\n<p>The man was last seen running along Soto Road toward Jackson Street.<\/p>\n<p><img style=\"aspect-ratio:0.91708797;display:block\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" data-modal-image=\"39748014\" width=\"541\" height=\"590\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/hunt-justin-bieber-lookalike-tried-131786885.jpg\" alt=\"Map showing Soto Rd. and surrounding streets, with a red circle highlighting an area along Soto Rd.\" class=\"wp-image-39748014\"  \/>Police said the woman was walking north on Soto Road when she passed a man heading the opposite direction.
