Google<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Police said the woman was walking north on Soto Road when she passed a man heading the opposite direction.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Without warning, the suspect allegedly grabbed her and dragged her roughly 15 to 20 feet.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The victim screamed and fought back as she struggled to break free.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Two bystanders sprang into action, forcing the suspect to let go and flee the scene before he could carry out the alleged abduction, according to Hayward police.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The man was last seen running along Soto Road toward Jackson Street.<\/p>\n<p><img alt=\"Police said the woman was walking north on Soto Road when she passed a man heading the opposite direction.
