Addition Answers Employees Request<\/p>\n
The addition of the caf\u00e9 comes after more than 450 employees responded to a survey about the food service options they wanted at City Hall. Many expressed strong interest in convenient and high-quality food at a reasonable cost.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The Cracked Pepper Caf\u00e9 will be open 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, city officials said.<\/p>\n

As to why the operator of the fine dining Cracked Pepper Bistro in north Fresno would venture downtown to City Hall, Moukhtarian said:<\/p>\n
