PHOTO: KBAK\/KBFX<\/p>\n<p>The coroner\u2019s report said on June 13, 2026, at around 3:44 p.m., Plascencia was found dead in the canal near the 1400 block of Lake Steet in east Bakersfield.<\/p>\n<p>The report said an autopsy was conducted, and the cause and manner of death are pending.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"BAKERSFIELD, Calif.
