(KGET) \u2014 A new local collaboration launched in Kern County to help residents find jobs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The collaboration program is called \u201cCreative Pathways for Healthy Futures\u201d and it was launched by Em Rademacher and Heidi Shubin.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Creative Pathways is currently working on their pilot program which includes adults ages 18 to 30. The program helps the participants \u201csee artful engagement\u201d in entrepreneurial or employment opportunities, Rademacher said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">\u201cArt is everywhere, it impacts everything,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Shubin, from Dress for Success, said the program helps people who are trying to find a job in the city but need help doing so, find and cater to \u201ctheir personal style\u201d to help launch them into the workforce.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Copyright 2026 Nexstar Media, Inc.
