Fencing now surrounds the site.   <img decoding=\"async\" id=\"27173486-1782426871\" data-image=\"27173486-1782426871\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/IMG_4323.JPG\" data- \/> The CreekHaus development on June 16, 2026 <\/p>\n<p>Paymun accounting director, Stacey Tuminelli, said in an email that the company recognizes the importance of the creek corridor to the community. &#8220;As the project moves toward completion, we will continue to evaluate ways the project can positively contribute to the surrounding environment and broader community.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>However, she said the construction fencing currently in place was installed in connection with an active construction site and public safety requirements.<\/p>\n<p> Old tensions resurface <\/p>\n<p>Currently, the site is a noisy, dusty hive of cement, scaffolding, and steel, with construction work advancing near the creek corridor.<\/p>\n<p>But the access concerns are not new.
