(KFSN) &#8212; Firefighters stopped the forward progress of a wildfire that burned more than 550 acres in western Fresno County on Sunday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">A PG&amp;E webcam captured the flames as they sparked earlier in the day.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">CAL FIRE crews responded to the fire along Manning Avenue near James Road, just west of San Joaquin.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">Officials say crews were able to halt the fire&#8217;s spread.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC eTIW sUzSN \">The cause of the fire remains under investigation.<\/p>\n<p>Copyright \u00a9 2026 KFSN-TV.
