He was charged with one count of murder.<\/p>\n<p><a data-no-instant=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/g-hope.com\/our-team\/sam-ballard\/\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" class=\"a2t-link\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"good hope 3\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns=\" http:=\"\" alt=\"good hope 3\" data-lazy- data-lazy- width=\"728\" height=\"90\" style=\"display: inline-block;\" data-lazy-src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Good-Hope_SAM_728x90_rev1.jpg\"\/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Good-Hope_SAM_728x90_rev1.jpg\" alt=\"good hope 3\"   width=\"728\" height=\"90\" style=\"display: inline-block;\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Police said Russ was located and arrested at a residence near Pat Eubanks Road in George County.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Russ was transported to the Harrison County Adult Detention Center, where he is being held on a $1 million bond set by Justice Court Judge Theressia Lyons pending further court proceedings.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The victim was identified as Neville Conner, 38. Conner was found dead with multiple gunshot wounds.
