ALVAREZ<\/p>\n<p>            TNS<\/p>\n<p>Fresno Unified is facing a lawsuit over a crash involving a school bus that occurred about seven months ago.<\/p>\n<p>According to a <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"Follow nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/acrobat.adobe.com\/id\/urn:aaid:sc:US:7f5ba5a5-ca38-4e22-a79b-63a274a5f6e6\">complaint<\/a> filed last month, Fresno Unified is being sued over a crash that happened at Van Ness Boulevard and Bullard Avenue on Dec. 9, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>The lawsuit says the plaintiff, a minor, was injured in the crash. A Fresno Unified school bus driver is accused of rear-ending a delivery truck, the lawsuit states.<\/p>\n<p>An article by <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"Follow nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.yourcentralvalley.com\/news\/local-news\/bus-rear-ends-truck\/\">YourCentralValley<\/a> corroborates this account, though <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"Follow nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/abc30.com\/post\/delivery-truck-crashes-school-bus-northwest-fresno\/18269833\/\">ABC30<\/a>\u2019s article on the crash says the school bus was rear-ended by the delivery truck.<\/p>\n<p>Fresno CHP spokesperson Mike Salas did not respond to The Bee\u2019s requests for the incident report.<\/p>\n<p>The complaint accuses the district of negligence and says the plaintiff sustained injuries in the crash.
