He added are in the works to open the second location on Union and 19th street in 10 more days.<\/p>\n<p>Among the most popular menu items, Sanchez said, are the carnitas, which he described as being prepared with fresh ingredients daily. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Carnitas Premium displays some of their popular menu items. PHOTO: KBFX<\/p>\n<p>He also highlighted their tacos, chilaquiles, and chicharrons as guests favorites. The restaurant also serves pineapple and jicama flavored aqua frescas.<\/p>\n<p>When I asked Sanchez what their secret ingredient into making their dishes so flavorful, he responded \u201cIt\u2019s a family tradition. We&#8217;ve had our own recipe for the last 20 years,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Carnitas Premium displays some of their popular menu items.
