2026 Candidate Interview: Jeffrey Omtvedt for State Representative District 54<\/p>\n

Auburn Hills, Bloomfield Hills, Bloomfield Township, Oakland Township and Orion Township, MI \u2013 \u00a0In the race for State Representative in the 54th District, there are two Republican candidates in the Aug 4 primary:\u00a0 Roman Gaskey and Jeffrey Omtvedt.<\/p>\n

The winner of the primary will face Democrat Sarah Pounds, who is unopposed in the\u00a0 primary, on the Nov. 3 ballot.<\/p>\n

The 54th District includes part of Auburn Hills, Bloomfield Hills, part of Bloomfield Township, part of Oakland Township, and Orion Township.<\/p>\n

The position has a two-year term.<\/p>\n
