(KBAK\/KBFX) \u2014 More children in Bakersfield will soon have a chance to learn how to swim through a new grant aimed at expanding access to low-cost lessons and free pool time.<\/p>\n<p>The city\u2019s Recreation and Parks Department is receiving a $54,000 grant from Kaiser Permanente to help fund low-cost swim lessons.
