{"id":390192,"date":"2026-07-08T05:51:41","date_gmt":"2026-07-08T05:51:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/390192\/"},"modified":"2026-07-08T05:51:41","modified_gmt":"2026-07-08T05:51:41","slug":"firefighters-continue-making-progress-on-pipeline-fire-at-camp-pendleton","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/390192\/","title":{"rendered":"Firefighters continue making progress on Pipeline Fire at Camp Pendleton"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0Firefighters worked Tuesday to subdue a brush fire that has blackened hundreds of acres and forced evacuations of military facilities on the grounds of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pendleton.marines.mil\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Camp Pendleton<\/a> since it ignited early Monday afternoon.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fire.ca.gov\/incidents\/2026\/7\/6\/pipeline-fire\/updates\/315db435-153a-4a29-bab6-8543aa3cc8bc\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Pipeline Fire<\/a> has burned an estimated 1,065 acres as of Tuesday afternoon with 0% containment, according to a Cal Fire status update. <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The fire prompted precautionary evacuations of some populated sections of the base on Monday.
