The median home sales price dipped vs. a year ago in 36% of Orange County ZIP codes, according to Attom.<\/p>\n

Looking at the 83 local ZIP codes with comparable sales in April 2026<\/a>, prices increased in the past year in 52 and decreased in 31.<\/p>\n

The priciest ZIP, among those with five or more sales was Newport Beach 92660 with a $4.05 million median. The cheapest was Santa Ana 92701\u2019s $510,000 median.<\/p>\n

Sales were up in 39 ZIPs, down in 37 and unchanged in seven. The busiest ZIP was Lake Forest 92630 with 78 sales.<\/p>\n

Overall, the countywide median home price of $1.23 million was up 3% over 12 months. Total sales of 2,192 were off 0.4% for the year.<\/p>\n
