An allegation that O\u2019Connor has a prior strike conviction for burglary and aggravating factors were also found true.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">O\u2019Connor and the victim were in a relationship.\u00a0 On January 30, 2022,\u00a0 the victim discovered video of O\u2019Connor engaging in sexual acts with her while she was asleep. O\u2019Connor tied her arms up, restrained her and then raped and orally copulated her.\u00a0 The victim reported that she was under the influence and didn\u2019t recall engaging in the sexual acts.
