SOUTH LYON, Mich. \u2013 A 56-year-old South Lyon man has been arraigned on multiple felony after multi-jurisdiction pursuit. <\/p>\n
Todd Timothy Wilson was arraigned at the 52-1 District Court on the following charges:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Three counts of second-degree fleeing and eluding a police officer<\/p>\n
\u2022 Three counts of malicious destruction of police property<\/p>\n
\u2022 One count of resisting and obstructing a police officer<\/p>\n
\u2022 One count of driving while license revoked<\/p>\n
Wilson was issued a $200,000 cash\/surety bond with no 10% provision. <\/p>\n
As a condition of release, the court ordered that he be placed on a GPS home-confinement tether. <\/p>\n
A probable cause conference is scheduled for 9 a.m. July 20, with a preliminary examination scheduled for 9 a.m. July 27.<\/p>\n
According to authorities, the charges stem from an incident on July 9, after the Oakland County Sheriff\u2019s Office received a Be On the Lookout (BOL) from Livingston County for a driver having fled from a traffic stop suspected of operating under the influence of alcohol and narcotics.<\/p>\n
After the BOL, police say an Oakland County Sheriff\u2019s Office deputy located Wilson\u2019s vehicle in Lyon Township and attempted a traffic stop. <\/p>\n
Wilson allegedly fled, leading officers in a chase through Lyon Township, Milford, Wixom, Highland Township and Rose Township. <\/p>\n
Police say, during the pursuit, Wilson allegedly rammed two Wixom Police Department cars and an Oakland County Sheriff\u2019s Office car before deputies ended the pursuit using a Pursuit Termination Technique (PTT).<\/p>\n
Wilson allegedly then fled on foot into a wooded area, prompting a search involving the Sheriff\u2019s Office Search and Rescue Team, K-9 Unit and Drone Team. <\/p>\n
Deputies say they searched a nearby pond after Wilson was seen entering the water to evade capture, but he was not located.<\/p>\n
According to authorities Highland Township deputies arrested Wilson without incident later the next morning.<\/p>\n
