(KBAK\/KBFX) \u2014 The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for help in finding a missing 16-year-old boy.<\/p>\n<p>Police said Samuel Matthew Lara was last seen on July 13, 2026, at 9 a.m., in the 1000 block of S Tulare Street, near Union and California Avenues.<\/p>\n<p>Lara is described as Hispanic, 5\u20194\u201d tall, 180 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.<\/p>\n<p>He was last seen wearing a black jacket, a gray shirt, black pants, and a black backpack.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Police said Samuel Matthew Lara was last seen on July 13, 2026, at 9 a.m., in the 1000 block of S Tulare Street, near Union and California Avenues.
