Triple digit temperatures are expected this week<\/a>, beginning Tuesday, so it\u2019s understandable if you want to stay home and bask in the air conditioning this week.<\/p>\n

But a number of Sacramento bars, restaurants, and coffee shops have come up with a way to lure customers, even on the hottest days. When it\u2019s 100 degrees outside, these local businesses offer discounts and half-off deals on certain cold drinks. It\u2019s not a bad way to beat the heat\u2014and you can enjoy someone else\u2019s air conditioning along with your cold brew or cocktail.<\/p>\n

Keep an eye on the thermostat, though, since many of these discounts are only available when the thermostat climbs to 100 degrees or more.<\/p>\n

Coffee deals to beat the high heat<\/p>\n

When it\u2019s 100 degrees, both cafes offer 50% off<\/a> cold brew drinks and growlers.<\/p>\n
