Larry Bowlan said a man in his 40s was cut multiple times in the upper body during a dispute with a man in his late 20s.<\/p>\n<p>The victim and suspect know each other, Bowlan said.<\/p>\n<p>After an argument between the two, the men were preparing to fight physically.
