Video of the crash showed the man deliberately pulling his Jeep in front of a semi-truck and slamming on the brakes before the truck struck the vehicle.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">According to prosecutors, the man believed the semi-truck driver had cut him off.
