A Fresno High after-school tutor has been arrested on suspicion of arranging to meet a minor for sexual purposes and possessing and distributing child sexual abuse material.<\/p>\n
Keebtsim Txhim Christopher Xiong, 26, of Fresno, was arrested following an investigation by the Central California Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force.<\/p>\n
Investigators said the task force received information that Xiong was communicating inappropriately with minors in a group chat on the Discord app.<\/p>\n
Detectives allege Xiong exchanged sexually explicit material with the children and attempted to arrange an in-person meeting with at least one of them.<\/p>\n
Xiong worked as an after-school tutor at Fresno High through the California Teaching Fellows Foundation, an outside organization contracted by Fresno Unified School District.<\/p>\n
Officials said he has been placed on administrative leave.<\/p>\n
Xiong\u2019s bail was set at $100,000. He has since posted bond and been released from jail with a future court date.<\/p>\n
Detectives believe there may be additional victims who have not yet come forward.<\/p>\n
