(FOX26)  \u2014 Two minors are under arrest in connection to a shooting in southeast Fresno Wednesday afternoon. <\/p>\n<p>The Fresno Police Department says, the shooting happened around 4:42 p.m. near Clovis Avenue and Blach Avenue.<\/p>\n<p>A motor officer was driving in the area when he saw two minors firing a gun toward a group of people, before quickly taking off. <\/p>\n<p>Police say the officer kept visual contact with the minors as a perimeter was put up in the area. <\/p>\n<p>Both minors were eventually found and taken into custody. <\/p>\n<p>[RELATED] <a href=\"https:\/\/kmph.com\/news\/local\/investigation-after-deputy-involved-shooting-reported-outside-of-fresno\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Man in critical condition after deputy-involved shooting in Fresno<\/a><\/p>\n<p> Investigators say they threw the gun while running, but officers were able to recover it.<\/p>\n<p>Police located several people who were in the area at the time of the shooting. <\/p>\n<p>No one was hurt, but officers did find several cars that had been struck by bullets.<\/p>\n<p>Detectives were called to the scene and are taking over the investigation.<\/p>\n<p>The suspects&#8217; identities have not been released because they are minors.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"FRESNO, Calif.
