Scammers Using Novi Mayor\u2019s Info in Fraudulent Messages<\/p>\n

Novi, MI \u2013\u00a0The City of Novi has been made aware that Mayor Justin Fischer\u2019s contact information is being spoofed and used to contact individuals regarding alleged business development opportunities and other City-related matters.<\/p>\n

Please be advised that these messages are fraudulent. Mayor Fischer does not personally reach out to individuals or businesses regarding business development opportunities, investment solicitations, or other City business through unsolicited emails, text messages, or phone calls.<\/p>\n

If you receive a suspicious communication claiming to be from Mayor Fischer, do not respond, click on any links, or provide any personal or financial information. Instead, delete the message and verify its legitimacy by contacting the City of Novi directly through official City channels.<\/p>\n

We encourage residents and members of the business community to remain vigilant, as scammers often use spoofed email addresses and phone numbers to make fraudulent communications appear legitimate.<\/p>\n
