Terrill Millhouse was shot and killed on Nov. 26, 2025, in his neighborhood on the 1700 block of 28th Avenue.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Officers responded to a ShotSpotter activation in the area and found Millhouse on the sidewalk with a gunshot wound. The OPD Homicide Section has released a video of the suspected shooter prior to the incident. (Watch in the player above)<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">In the footage, Millhouse can be seen wearing a black, hooded sweatshirt, crossing paths with the suspect before the shooting.
