An American man who built his own Tesla<\/a> using parts from a Cybertruck and a Model 3 is now causing a stir in Los Angeles.<\/p>\n It takes a lot to turn heads in the City of Angels, but that\u2019s exactly what this YouTuber achieved.<\/p>\n This EV may be something of a smorgasbord of Teslas.<\/p>\n But it is 100 percent attention grabbing, there\u2019s no doubt about that.<\/p>\n What do you get when you combine a Cybertruck and a Model 3 together?<\/p>\n For better or for worse, Tesla cars do draw eyeballs when going along the road.<\/p>\n Whether making waves in Milan<\/a> or converting haters into fans<\/a>, these vehicles sure know how to make an impression.<\/p>\n Admittedly, they\u2019re not always positive reactions, as WWE star Seth Rollins found out for himself when driving around in Los Angeles with his daughter in tow.<\/a><\/p>\n Los Angeles-based David Andreyev \u2013 AKA Cyber Hooligan\u00a0\u2013 must have anticipated this when he set about creating the \u2018CyberRoadster\u2019.<\/p>\n The genesis of the idea was that he wasn\u2019t much of a fan of the Cybertruck\u2019s appearance.<\/p>\n But he saw potential there, so decided to do some experimenting.<\/p>\n Taking the chassis of an old Model 3, he stripped the Cybertruck down to its core and placed the parts on his own custom Tesla.<\/p>\n And thus, the Tesla CyberRoadster was born. <\/p>\n While using the Model 3 motor, it utilizes the Cybertruck\u2019s bar lights front and back.<\/p>\n The Cybertruck\u2019s presence is subtle but present in the CyberRoadster\u2019s exterior.<\/p>\n This Tesla was causing a stir in Los Angeles<\/p>\n In one video<\/a>, Andreyev showcased what it was like to cruise through the Golden State\u2019s prime boulevards.<\/p>\n This is where the public got to really take in the sight of the CyberRoadster in all its glory.<\/p>\n And when we say this car was a distraction, we mean it \u2013 one cyclist even crashed into a garbage can because he was so distracted.<\/p>\n The attention manifested in other ways, as some drivers pulled up in admiration at traffic lights, complimenting the car as \u2018sick\u2019.<\/p>\n Interestingly, Andreyev had his own idea about what element of the car was particularly attention-grabbing.<\/a><\/p>\n And that was the paint work. <\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s Candy Apple Red, it\u2019s 12 layers of paint,\u201d he explained in a clip\u00a0uploaded<\/a>\u00a0to YouTube.<\/p>\n We will concede that it\u2019s a very nice shade of paint.<\/p>\n This isn\u2019t the only time we\u2019ve seen someone do something totally different with a Tesla <\/p>\n If there\u2019s one thing you can say for the following custom cars, it\u2019s that they\u2019re creative endeavors.<\/p>\n Whether or not you\u2019ll like them will depend on how much of a Tesla purist you are.<\/p>\n One Californian did something extraordinary when he 3D-scanned a Cybertruck hood onto a Model S Plaid.<\/a><\/p>\n Then there was Mansory\u2019s \u2018Elongation\u2019 Cybertruck which looked like a futuristic tank.<\/a><\/p>\n![\"Tesla](\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Tesla-CyberRoadster-Camera-1024x640.webp\")
