Roughly half a year after a woman was fatally struck at a light rail train station in Folsom, the Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office on Monday confirmed that no criminal charges will be filed for the crash.<\/p>\n

Elinor Steffy, 22, was at the Iron Point Sacramento Regional Transit station just before 3 p.m. on Jan. 22 when a sedan hit a ramp and overturned onto the tracks. This crash left Steffy dead.<\/p>\n
Footage from the crash showed a sedan sitting on the tracks at an angle, and LiveCopter 3 video showed damage in the parking lot.<\/p>\n
The Folsom Police Department in January said alcohol was not suspected to have been a factor, and the district attorney’s office, in a statement, said that “there was insufficient evidence of criminal conduct and that the driver experienced a medical condition.” <\/p>\n
