NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) \u2014 Vanderbilt University is expanding with a new college on the West Coast.<\/p>\n
The Jen-Hsun and Lori Huang College of Art, Architecture and Design will be the flagship college of Vanderbilt’s new San Francisco campus,<\/a> launching in 2027. The college is supported by a $75 million gift from Jen-Hsun Hunag, the founder and CEO of Nvidia. <\/p>\n RELATED COVERAGE | College Planning Season: What makes these Tennessee College Programs stand out?<\/a><\/p>\n In a press release, representatives from Vanderbilt said that this new college opening is part of Vanderbilt’s mission to integrate art, architecture and design with technology and entrepreneurship. <\/p>\n With the opening of the new college, Vanderbilt is on the search for an inaugural dean.
