Local diners are hungrily anticipating early 2027, when Culver Commons is projected to open for business in a highly trafficked location in Culver City<\/a>, California.\u00a0<\/p>\n Confirmed tenants at the 13K SF development include Vox Kitchen, Wanderlust Creamery, Smog City Brewery, Rol Hand Roll and El Moro. The 1.6-acre site will include extensive outdoor dining areas and a parking garage.<\/p>\n \u201cThe walkable neighborhood center will feature food and beverages,\u00a0plus a publicly owned parking structure, designed to support surrounding businesses beyond the property’s footprint, and a lot of dining and seating areas,\u201d said Ray Kayacan, vice president of investments at\u00a0Regency Centers<\/a>.<\/p>\n Regency is building the ground-up development through a public-private partnership with Culver City.<\/p>\n \u201cCulver City has long been one of Los Angeles’ most storied and trafficked submarkets \u2014 a neighborhood where creative industry, residential density and street-level culture converge,\u201d Kayacan said.\u00a0\u201cCulver Commons is a carefully curated retail and dining destination positioned in the heart of a market where new supply is exceptionally rare and demand from both residents and the daytime workforce is constant.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n About The Property<\/p>\n Culver Commons is at the intersection of Washington Boulevard and Centinela Avenue. It consists of two large lots separated by Centinela Avenue. Site A includes 10K SF of restaurant spaces, all of which are spoken for.
