BRENTWOOD, Calif., July 24, 2026–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Lauren Ravitz of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties is pleased to offer a distinctive, newly built soft contemporary by Yuna Megre and Maria Mikena, an award-winning team with over 40 years of global design experience. Located in Westwood nearby local shops and restaurants, the residence offers clean modern lines, natural textures and a seamless flow between the interior/exterior spaces, which include a backyard oasis with a pool and spa.

“This home reflects a new paradigm in luxury construction,” said Ravitz, a veteran agent with 25 years of experience. “Along with the warm organic materials and bespoke designer features, it has a versatile, well-conceived floor plan that allows it to easily accommodate a variety of lifestyle requirements.”

Mature olive trees and integrated planters create an instant appeal for the home, which has four upstairs bedrooms and a main level office/fifth bedroom suite. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring natural light inside, while a dramatic sculptural staircase creates a focal point. With glass rails and floating stairs that wrap around a tree that serves as the heart of the home, the staircase has a timeless mid-century modern aesthetic.

“The design theme is very cohesive and unified. Volume ceilings throughout create a sense of openness and space. This is balanced by the soft-toned hardwood floors, which also flow throughout the home,” added Ravitz.

An extensive use of Patagonia stone sets the home apart. It is featured on the kitchen backsplash, counters and center island, bathroom vanities, laundry room counters, and around the two fireplaces.

“It is an understatement to say the stone in here is dramatic, beautiful and completely unique,” commented Ravitz, a consistent top producer who was raised in a family of builders, developers, and property owners.

The kitchen showcases the latest technology and style, with open shelving and Thermador appliances, including double ovens. An oversized center island defines the space, separating it from the living room/dining room.

“The pocket-style glass doors in the living room and dining room are one of my favorite design features. They completely vanish into the wall, connecting the indoor and outdoor living areas,” said Ravitz.

A unique sliding wall also conceals a family room with a kitchenette and a secondary staircase, creating an intimate setting for entertainment. The upstairs primary suite is certain to be a favorite, however, as it has a fireside retreat, a dressing room with custom cabinets, a private balcony overlooking the pool, and a spa-like bath, complete with a modern freestanding tub and Grohe fixtures.

The secondary bedrooms are generous in size and privately located away from the primary suite. Each bedroom includes a private bath, custom closet and large windows, ensuring there is something for everyone.

“The privacy wall in the backyard creates an atmosphere of seclusion and tranquility,” noted Ravitz. “These areas will become more secluded as the landscaping matures.”

Additional highlights include smart home infrastructure, integrated LED lighting, designer-curated custom cabinets, an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill and a built-in beverage cooler, and an attached two car garage.
