The proposal would bring four additional units to the city across from Ocean Beach and the Sunset Dunes public park. Hexagon Permit Services is responsible for the application.<\/p>\n<p>The proposal looks to split the lot in half and build two four-story structures. Each infill would include two three-bedroom apartments, parking for two cars, and four bicycles. The property sold this May for $3.5 million, $2 million over asking. Mathews designed several buildings across the city and Bay Area, including larger homes, churches, and offices.
