Camden Dr."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Four months after the <a href=\"https:\/\/la.urbanize.city\/neighborhood\/beverly-hills\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Beverly Hills<\/a> City Council moved to rescind its denial of a proposed<a href=\"https:\/\/la.urbanize.city\/post\/beverly-hills-rescinds-denial-builders-remedy-high-rise-140-s-camden-drive\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"> Builder&#8217;s Remedy project just off of Wilshire Boulevard<\/a>, the <a href=\"https:\/\/beverlyhills.granicus.com\/MetaViewer.php?view_id=57&amp;event_id=7854&amp;meta_id=679784\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Beverly Hills Planning Commission has moved to approve the project.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The from applicant Max Netty, slated for a property at 140 S. Camden Drive, calls for the construction of a new 15-story building featuring 27 residential units above a below-ground, automated parking garage with space for 44 cars.<\/p>\n<p>According to a staff report, the tower would include six units of affordable housing &#8211; a requirement for eligibility as a Builder&#8217;s Remedy project.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cara-architecture.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">CARA Architecture<\/a> is designing the slim residential tower.<\/p>\n<p class=\"image-and-caption\">\n<a class=\"fancybox\" href=\"https:\/\/la.urbanize.city\/sites\/default\/files\/styles\/1140w\/public\/2024-09\/140%20camden%20map.JPG?itok=97L3_3_O\" rel=\"article-image-set nofollow noopener\" title=\"Google Maps\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" class=\"image-950w article-inline-image\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/140 camden map.JPG\" width=\"950\"\/><\/a><br \/>\n140 S.
