FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) — VibeCheck Studios officially opened its doors Sunday in Fresno’s Tower District, creating a new space for local content creators, artists and photographers.<\/p>\n
The studio, located inside a Fresno landmark, will offer resources for a variety of creatives, including podcasters, artists and photographers.<\/p>\n
Owner Ralph Edwards, a Fresno native and runner-up on The Voice, said he chose to open the business in Fresno to help develop local talent and give back to the community.<\/p>\n
“I’d rather let people know in Fresno that you could make it here and give people an opportunity to make it here and so that’s the goal. I got a lot of eyes on me and so we’re working on that. We want to take advantage; we want to make sure that everybody understands you can make it from Fresno,” Edwards said.<\/p>\n
The business is housed in the home once owned by Paul Kindler, known as “The Castle,” a historic residence in the Tower District located between Glenn and Blackstone avenues. The home features French Norman and Tudor Revival-style architecture.<\/p>\n
