The property sold for $12.3 million. Tyler Leeson and Matthew Kipp based out of Marcus &amp; Millichap\u2019s Orange County office represented the undisclosed seller. The buyer\u2019s identity also was not disclosed. Built in 1964, Villa Samoa is situated on a 3.2-acre parcel and consists of 12 single-story buildings. Each residence features a private patio, and community amenities include garage and surface parking.
