\u2022 Fair After Dark is a nightly party taking over at the Plaza Stage at 7:30 p.m. Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays and 8:30 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. There will be karaoke every Wednesday night, country dancing on Thursdays, a DJ on Fridays, swing dancing on Saturdays and Latin nights on Sundays.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Cheer on the All-Alaskan Racing Pigs; races start every hour and a half beginning at 2 p.m. on Wednesdays through Fridays and 12:30 p.m. on the weekends in the Plaza Pacifica. The last race is 8 p.m. each day. And note: Seating is first come, so grab a snack and settle in early.<\/p>\n
\u2022 The Orange County Wine Society offers wine education, tasting and award-winning pours daily in the Wine Courtyard \u2013 also one of the cooler outdoor spots to take a break in.
