(KBAK\/KBFX)  \u2014 The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the public&#8217;s help identifying a suspect in an identity theft investigation.<\/p>\n<p>According to Police, on April 4 the suspect used a victim&#8217;s identifying information to rent a U-Haul truck that was later abandoned.<\/p>\n<p>They say the suspect is possibly related to several other crimes including auto theft and credit card fraud.<\/p>\n<p>The suspect is described as a Hispanic woman around 40 to 55 years old.<\/p>\n<p>Police say she weighs 185 pounds and has brown hair.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone with information is asked to call the BPD at (661) 327-7111 or Detective Hearn at (661) 326-3559.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"BAKERSFIELD, Calif.
