Authorities have recovered and identified a third person who died after a boat capsized two weeks ago in the San Francisco Bay.<\/a><\/p>\n

The San Francisco Office of the Chief Medical Examiner confirmed the body of Carol Boisa, 74, of Sacramento County was found Saturday in the water near Point Diablo, the San Francisco Chronicle reported.<\/a><\/p>\n

Marine crews with the San Francisco Police Department found her body near the area west of the Golden Gate Bridge, KCRA reported<\/a>. As of Monday, the bodies of three people have been recovered; 16 others have been rescued, and a dog on board died.<\/p>\n

Jackie Boisa, who was on the Volare cabin cruiser when it capsized on July 14, remains missing, the San Francisco Standard reported.<\/a><\/p>\n

Clifford Boisa, Jackie Boisa’s husband,<\/a> was rescued from the water by first responders during July 14 rescue effort but died later from his injuries. The 79-year-old man was the brother of boat owner and operator John Boisa, and he was a retired reserve deputy who served with the Sutter County Sheriff’s Office from 1987 to 2001. Carol Boisa was Clifford Boisa’s sister.<\/p>\n

Tondra Madruga, 58, of Folsom was the second confirmed death from the boat sinking.
